java - Android screen has a half-transparent black layer after asking for permissions the first time -


so, peccadillo has lingered long in application there doesn't seems advice related problem face.

i made android application works online folder browsing mechanism showing content in form of folder/file icons , text using custom gridview. problem face occurs once , not second time when replicate same process.

the process of asking permission access external storage , after use denies or accept it, screen turns bit of semi-transparent layer of black , goes away after close application. happens in activity gridview used part of whole layout. wouldn't pop second time when accept permission when deny permission , replicate same process, issue doesn't happen again once it's occurred i'd assess behind weirdness.
