powerpoint - How to change slide orientation without changing text size -


my company has moved powerpoint 2010 powerpoint 2016. i've noticed annoying difference in how slide orientation change functionality works.

previously, text font sizes remain same. now, text font sizes smaller every time orientation changed.

how can prevent text font size changing? (i'm happy provide custom code buttons)
