amazon web services - Undefined resource AWSEBLoadBalancer -


i trying create eb application using eb cli multiple docker container. have applications running on 2 ports need listen on ports. tried configuration on .ebextensions/elb-listeners.config encounter error of error: service:amazoncloudformation, message:template error: instance of fn::getatt references undefined resource awsebloadbalancer. below configuration.
