in heif, or iso-bmff file, know how use pitm box in root meta box parse main image?

for example, documents id of main image stored in pitm box, when obtain id , find appropriate 1 in iloc box, did not point valid offset , length.

or should search other boxes find main image's media stream? know i've done incorrectly?
