microsoft cognitive - Difference between "Staging" and "Production" endpoint slot in LUIS -


i didn't find documentation explaining difference between "staging" , "production" endpoint slot. think, staging means same debugging mode, i'm not sure. great hear explanation you.

it work other staging/production deployment slot.

the production slot should contain stable version of app used end users

the staging slot aimed have safe environment test new thing adding luis app, without breaking production slot (which being consumed users). once testing of staging version pass test criteria, can promote/deploy production.
