wordpress - Step By Step on how to use Wget -


i trying build php application use woocommerce rest api. in order asked install wp-cli wich requieres me use wget or curl installed. don't know start.

how install wget on webhost? have ftp access , server using php 5.5.

i need step step explanation , mean please. not "write command" see on many tuts. if there command run tool run command?

to better illustrate mean here better exemple.

  1. since using windows here type of file need download page wget
  2. once wget on pc must copy file in such directory (if needed)
  3. once in right directory can run either or running "this command" "this command line tool " if dont have command line tool here , how can it.
  4. once wget installed go there in order run , use it.

that mean.
