when build app in browser commandline "ionic serve", app forward google search hotlinking. when build app android "apk" sometime it's failed

try build blank project. if error still appears, need check installation , dependencies. check guide of how can install necessary dependencies development. http://ionicframework.com/docs/v1/guide/installation.html
