java - How to minimize CPU wait time and CPU utilization when more static data is added into the Application? -


after adding more static data oracle database more entities/accounts , other stuff seems application behaviour seems slow down . cpu wait cycles have increased , apache tomcat consuming more memory . please 1 advise how minimize performance , let me know if else needs stated ?? in advance .
