bluetooth - LightBlue Bean connected to Windows OS, but bean scan command not working in cmd -


i'm running through cli loader setup instructions (https://punchthrough.com/bean/docs/guides/getting-started/cli-loader/) on punchthrough's website. @ step scan beans i'm coming error.cmd error know computer connected bean via bluetooth settings , bean functioning correctly because able connect phone , upload example through that. tips bean found through command line appreciated!
