saucelabs - ERROR The test with session id XXXX has already finished, and can't receive further commands -

i testing function feature show popup after waiting 8 mins. when tested using local browser works well. while running using saucelabs getting following error

error test session id xxxx has finished, , can't receive further commands. 

is possible increase timeout saucelabs session 15 mins or 20 mins?

note: using nightwatch.js automate end end testing.
