google chrome - angular 4 with webpack to asp.net core sometimes VERY slow to start -


most of time when make change angular component, result shows in browser, or sometimes, shows error.

but often, restarting app takes 30 seconds though built in under second. there error on browser console appears because got tired of waiting app load.

what doing wrong?

service - Android MediaPlayer calls onCompletion before it already finished -
