how add custom attributes admin users of specific role in magento 2.1?

that have admins roles follows:

  • superadmin
  • admin
  • contentadmin
  • catalogadmin

i need add custom fields/attributes users role "contentadmin" only. , need these available in admin grid too.

how that?
